Independence Part2

Last summer I asked Red if she wants to do part-time summer job in the clinic. She snorted and said she will work when she is ready.

I guess I just wanted to keep her busy and give her allowance that way. You see, sometimes we go out together and we have same taste in shopping ;-)

A few weeks ago, she came up to me and said she wanted to work as her big sister was in Quebec doing her course, she needs to get busy. I was elated. She is my co-worker now!

She has future plans and she is preparing for it. Way to go girl! As with her other sisters, I let them make their own decisions in life making it clear that they are accountable for whatever the outcome is. Otherwise, I will have to do it for them. So far, it's all working out.

I am so proud of you, Red. Momma loves you so much!!
